spot leftYou must have successfully completed all skills in the Beginner 2 level to participate in Intermediate. You should be able to consistently and correctly perform: basic and Russian footlocks, work in single and combined panels, invert in a X-back straddle and exit to J-roll, and be able to invert unassisted between 2 panels.
In Intermediate you will learn to invert in the silks, explore knee hooks, directional drops, belays, and expand your repetoire of footlocks, climbs and hip keys.
