Get strong, circus-style!
This all-level, full-body conditioning class blends ground-based and aerial exercises on both silks and trapeze to build the strength, control and body awareness essential for aerialists. We’ll focus on the fundamentals such as inverts, climbs, pull-ups and leg lifts to develop upper-body strength, endurance and core engagement, all while emphasizing proper form and safe technique.
We’ll finish off with some light mobility and flexibility work. Class includes a tailored warm-up and cool-down. Bring water, a towel, and be ready to work hard!
Suitable for beginners through advanced students on any apparatus.
